Terms & Conditions – The premium time company
These are our general terms and conditions. Together with the references contained herein, these terms and conditions apply to any agreement that we enter into with you.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. By entering into an agreement with us, you agree that the most recent version of our terms and conditions will always apply.
Article 1 – Registration To purchase a ticket, you have to register for our service and must be of 18 years of age or older. For this, you need to provide personal information to us. You declare that you accurately provide such information and that you will keep such information up to date. We take great care in protecting your personal information (personal data). For more information, please look at our privacy statement (as published on our website). Please ensure you will use strong passwords only and that your passwords are kept secret. You are responsible for safeguarding this information and any abuse of your account resulting from the loss of this information, is for your own risk. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. All employees of The Premium Time Company, as well as anyone connected with the competition are not eligible to enter. The accuracy of your contact details are entirely your responsibility. We take no responsibility if we are unable to contact you should you be a competition winner, if your details are not given correctly. No prize will be delivered to anyone other than the registered holder of the winning ticket.
Article 2 – Competitions The competition is deemed to be closed on the date given in the competition details. We reserve the right to extend the competition by a maximum of three times, and by no longer than 40 days in total. Entry to our competitions is done by following the displayed process on the website, selecting the number of tickets required, answering a skill-based question, entering your details correctly into the website and providing payment for the selected number of tickets.
Winners will be drawn using a third-party random draw generator, within seven days of the close of the competition, from those entries that have answered the skill-based question correctly. Failure to answer the skill-based question correctly will result in not being entered into the final draw. The prize will be as specified on our website, no alternative will be offered and no cash alternative will be offered. Winners will be notified by the given contact details, should no response be forthcoming within 30 days, we reserve the right to draw the competition again from the original entries and substitute a new winner. Winners outside the European Union take sole responsibility for any taxes and import duties that may be applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any of our competitions at any given time, and for any given reason. If we do so, we will refund any payments made for that competition, no further compensation will be offered or discussed and communication will not be entered into.
Article 2.1 – Free Competition entry All free competitions offered by The Premium Time Company are strictly one entry per person. Re-registering and/ or re-entering with modified details to secure multiple entries will result in all your entries being cancelled. Multiple entries identified to one user will be deleted. We reserve the right to cancel your entry to any of our free competitions at any given time, and for any given reason. If we do so, no further compensation will be offered or discussed and no communication will be entered into.
Article 3 – Payments Your entry will not be considered until payment has been made, and you have received email confirmation with your ticket number/s. A default on payment will result in your ticket becoming invalid. You may only have a single account on our website. The (total) price of our tickets are indicated on the competition page, and at check out. You can pay on our website via the services offered.
Article 4 – Delivery Before any prize is delivered, the winner will be required to provide recognized photo valid Identification to prove age and identity. Should this not be possible within seven days of notification of winning, the prize will be forfeit. If you are a winner, we will deliver your prize to the address you have specified. Once we have dispatched your prize, we can no longer amend the address. Depending on your country and location we will choose the most suitable fulfilment partner to handle delivery of your prize. When your prize is dispatched, we will give you a track & trace code, which gives you the opportunity to trace your prize. We undertake to deliver prizes as soon as possible. If a delivery is delayed, we will notify you via the contact details you have registered with. We will endeavor to ensure that the prize delivery will always be made within 30 days of close of competition where possible, allowing for unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
Article 5 – Competition Winner Promotion By entering our competitions you agree that should you become a winner, you will commit to sharing with us content that you consent for us to use to publicly announce the winner and for future marketing activities . You will be required to provide photos/ and or video content with your prize. As a winner you consent to use of these materials on any and all of the channels owned and used for competition promotion by The Premium Time Company.
Article 6 – Liability We are not liable for any damages that may be caused as a result of you using your prize. However, we are liable for damages that result from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. In any case, our liability will never exceed the purchase price of the product that caused the damage.
Article 7 – Intellectual property All intellectual property (including: copyrights, wordmarks and trademarks) in relation to our text, photo’s, video’s or any other materials, are owned by us (or are used by us with permission of the owners). You shall refrain from committing any acts that may infringe these rights.
Article 8 – Complaints If you have a complaint, we would like to hear it. Please file your complaint as soon as possible by sending a detailed description to info@thepremiumtimecompany.com. We will process your complaint as soon as possible, but in any event within two to five working days. Should it take longer to handle your complaint, you will receive a notification within 5 working days to confirm that we have received your complaint, together with an indication of when we expect to respond. If we cannot settle a complaint amongst us, your complaint will be dealt with in accordance with the dispute section below.
Article 9 – Disputes These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of the United Kingdom. If you are a Consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
